-Beer is acceptable on the boat. We ask cans only please, and NO HARD ALCOHOL!

-All trips are to be paid in full prior to the boat leaving the dock. 

​

-If there is a cancellation due to weather, a new date can be arranged. If we are unable to make up the trip we will offer a full refund of the trip.

​

-When the Captain gives you the warning that it may be rough and you still insist on fishing, full payment will be non-refundable. This includes situations when we have to turn around because the group is not feeling well.

​

-Please bring your own food and beverage for the day. We do have a grill, electric cook top, and microwave on board so you are not limited to just cold meals.

​

-Cancellations prior to 14 days of trip will receive full refund of deposit. If cancellation is less than 14 days of notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
 

-When bringing children under 12 you are required to bring the child a Type 1 USCG Approved Child Life Jacket.
